Vukani comes with a wealth of management and organizational experience from his previous management and leadership positions he held and excelled in, in huge conglomerates such Transnet and Prasa. A qualified rail systems engineer and one of business management most attentive student, Vukani, as per the engineering trade is a stickler for detail, and a strong believer of the statement, “Breakthrough Projects must always get it right
the first time”.


His precise and structured approach to business. has helped Breakthrough Projects grow in leaps and bounds over the past years and with him in the leadership team Breakthrough Projects can
only continue to soar to even greater heights.

Ms Mofomo is an energetic woman and an upcoming solid business executive from one of the biggest South African townships, Soweto. She is the Company's Managing Director and Business Executive who believes in hard work, honesty and best practices. Ms. Mofomo has many years of experience in logistics, gasses and petroleum business. She began her career at Transnet and Prasa till 2017 when she left for entrepreneurship and she has since owned few very successful businesses in the Oil & Gas and Construction sector.

Lovejoy Nyathi has experience in financial accounting
having worked in the Private Equity and Corporate
advisory sectors for over 7 years. He is passionate about
developmental finance especially in the SMEs business
sector to migrate them into the mainstream economy.                         

He fosters the value of creating and leveraging relationships to create mutual value. Lovejoy was exposed in environments that honed his resourceful and proactive qualities to identify opportunities. Through exposure to extensive deal flow, Lovejoy has developed a skill and diligence for:
